All of our factory-trained technicians have been recognized by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) with safety awards in business aviation, along with Ruby Awards from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

FAA Certified Repair Station (FAA CRS# EV7R434Y)
One of the unique offerings provided by the ExecuJet Maintenance Department is the operation of a FAA Certified Repair Station, approved to perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on Aircraft Main and Nose Wheels Assemblies. This can be performed both on and off site.
Airframe capabilities include the removal and installation of main and nose wheels on the following aircraft: Hawker 800xp, Falcon 900, IAI Westwind 1124, and King Air 200 series aircraft.
Approved Non-Destructive Testing includes: (ET) Electromagnetic Testing, (MT) Magnetic Particle Testing, (UT) Ultrasonic Testing, and (VT) Visual Testing.
Each of our qualified technicians is Level 1 Special qualified, with a NDT Level 3 as ExecuJet’s chief Inspector.
